My crepe myrtle was planted last fall.It has nothing to bloom from.Is it dead?
I purchased my tree from a nursery I found on the internet.I followed all directions to plant.It had dark on the end of some branches, they fell off in the spring.The tree is still somewhat green and the small branches are strong.Is there any hope?
