Is it normal for babys movements to slow down?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my first child and usually feel my baby constantly wriggling around and kicking. Since early last night i've barely felt any movements and the the odd ones that I have are tiny. I don't have any bleeding or pain, could there be a problem?
