Yes do see a lawyer. But do encourage her to get a job. She will see that $200 won't buy her a month's worth of gasoline. So she will have to work. Encourage that. Talk with a lawyer on if once she starts working will have to keep paying it. But do encourage her to work and remind her that she won't have much if she doesn't work. OK.
