Crystal Field Stabilization Energy calculation is this correct?

You are correct that it is high spin Cr2+: t2g3 eg1. Each t2g electron gains 0.4Δo (-ve) and eg e- costs 0.6Δo so the total CFSE = 3x 0.4Δo - 0.6Δo = 0.6x(14,000) = 8,400 cm-1. (There are no paired e- so adding the pairing energy is incorrect.)
