How can I get Loan Rs. 2 lacs & I can give the EMI of Rs.6000 per month , for 3 years & what will be the Docu?

I want personal loan of Rs. 2 lacs for 4 years & I can pay the EMI of Rs. 6000. Pl. Suggest for the same for Axis & ICICI bank or chipest rate of intresest.
