No, bc there are degrees of insanity. If this guy had done this in the US, it would be the same outcome. There are plenty of murderers that are insane and end up in mental facilities and getting out early bc they are "cured". Not to mention the ones that aren't insane, but get out earlier for good behavior, etc. Don't kid yourself.
