My gerbil please help!!!?

ok my gerbil is about 2 to 3 years old. I have noticed her cheeks have gotten bigger and looks swelled and now there are scars on them. Now her eyes wont even open anymore. And when she tries to walk she hobbles. Whats wrong with her?
